A workshop on clinical guidelines in Iran was organized by the World Health Organization (WHO) with the participation of Professor Holger Jens Schünemann and in cooperation with the Vice Chancellor of International Affairs of the VUMS. This workshop was attended by representatives of the country's top medical universities, the Food and Drug Administration, the World Health Organization, and Professor Holger Jens Schünemann, of McMaster University in Canada. The workshop aimed at reviewing clinical guidelines in Iran and was held in the webinar hall of the Virtual University of Medical Sciences. The topics discussed at this meeting included evaluating the progress of the guidelines issued by the World Health Organization in Iran regarding the WHO vision and reviewing standards and guidelines of Iran’s Ministry of Health and Medical Education.
